Syed Ali Ridha Madihid
As Managing Director of iCommerce, Ali has 11 years of management experience in business development, corporate strategy, global supply chain and operations management. Through the years, he has held senior management roles in various established organisations including Expeditors International, SATS Cargo, Reebonz Group and Zalora SEA. As an expert strategist in his field, Ali has experience in developing and managing business units and operations in the US, UK, China and Southeast Asia.
At iCommerce, Ali manages the daily operations of the entire company and personally oversees the Operations, Corporate and Business Development department.
Hazrul A. Jamari
Hazrul is the Director (Technology) of iCommerce. With a strong background in IT development, Hazrul has garnered 10 years of experience in web building and 5 years in mobile app development respectively. Over the years, he has held IT development roles in companies like E1 Media and MoVend. Proudly, he is the creator of iCommerce's very own website builder, Rezkii. Outside of iCommerce, Hazrul helped co-found the Singapore WordPress User Group in 2010 and helped organise the first WordCamp in Singapore in 2011.
On a daily basis, Hazrul ensures that all technological and operations systems under iCommerce are smooth and seamless. In addition, he manages the Technology team – whose responsibility is to assist the Product Management team in building websites and mobile applications for our clients.
Director (Product Management)
Director (Product Management) of iCommerce with 9 years of experience in digital media management. Zayed is passionate about developing new and creative digital products. His keen eye for detail ensures that digital products are created in line with the clients’ visions. He has held digital marketing roles in OgilvyOne and Intercontinental Hotels prior to co-founding FizzyPop in 2014.
He is in charge of the Product Management team’s efforts which include developing customised websites and applications, assisting in brand development and optimising their digital marketing assets and tools via SEO, SEM and Social Media Management.
